We reach out to the hungry who have nowhere else to turn and find themselves falling between the cracks. Because we are the only agency in the area delivering bags of groceries to individuals' homes, we serve many elderly and disabled families without transportation to a soup kitchen, and those too ill to leave their homes. We deliver, on average, more than 600 bags a month helping some 6000 families a year, and 75% of those we serve are children.
We also provide support to many social service agencies, such as seniors' centers and health care providers, enabling them to provide for their clients, who would otherwise go without.
